We firmly believe in giving back to the community and enriching the lives of the people in the neighborhoods we design for. As part of our Community Outreach efforts, Embarc has a dedicated committee that plans regular events for a different nonprofit each quarter. Over the years we have worked with some amazing organizations, including helping to build houses with Habitat for Humanity, pack food for the Greater Boston Food, and teach children about architecture and design at the interactive learning event, Kids Build!

This year, we are proud to have partnered with YouthBuild Boston for an immersive mentorship program where we welcome a group of high students into our office for a week-long intensive inside look at an architecture firm. The students learned valuable lessons, went on multiple site tours, had one-on-one time with our team, and were given a design challenge to solve and present to our office at the end of the week.
