Bill brings over two decades of experience to EMBARC in the multifamily residential, early childhood education and youth-based community sectors. His extensive expertise with the complex design, regulatory and construction processes is inherent in creating cutting-edge environments for our communities.
Bill integrates thoughtful attention to detail and use of materials to each project. His thorough knowledge of sustainable design is evident in the details where he has served as project manager on numerous LEED Gold and Platinum accredited projects.
Over the last several years, Bill has been responsible for the design and execution of EMBARC’s first high-rise project, and is currently managing all phases of development, design, and project management on a number of multifamily, mixed-use and community projects at EMBARC.
Bill is a registered architect in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and received a professional degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also spent several months studying Architecture and Urban Design at the Ecole’ de Architecture in Montpelier, France.
