Project Architect
Jillian brings over 6 years of experience in multi-family, commercial, adaptive reuse and historic renovation projects to Embarc. She strives to design spaces that contribute to engaging and livable communities at every scale and is passionate about responsible, human-centric architecture.
Prior to joining Embarc, Jillian spent time working in southern Vermont. During this time, she was also the recipient of a travel fellowship that gave her the opportunity to study mass timber as a growing trend in the European building industry. After completing the fellowship, Jillian was able to bring that experience back to southern Vermont and participated in a study which investigated the potential role of mass timber in the northeast and its significance to local communities.
Jillian is a registered architect and NCARB certified. She received a Master of Architecture from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Keene State College, where she had the opportunity to study abroad in Turin, Italy.
Outside the office, Jillian loves traveling, ballroom dancing and cooking.
