This 147-unit multifamily building boasts a comprehensive array of amenities accessible to all residents. Developed under the Massachusetts Chapter 40B permitting process, 25% of the apartments are designated as affordable. The complex offers a range of shared amenities that blend the indoor and outdoor, including landscaped courtyards, lounges, fitness rooms, a rooftop terrace, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool.
Embarc not only designed the building and took the project through the rigorous entitlement process, we also designed all interiors and specified the furniture that outfit all the amenity spaces and the model unit. Throughout the course of Design Development and Construction Documents, we worked closely with Ownership and the preconstruction team to hone in on the budget. We were consistently evaluating cost-effective solutions to project-specific challenges while leveraging our knowledge of multifamily construction and the current market demand. By making simple and savvy choices at the dwelling units we were able to allocate adequate budget for our amazing amenity areas, interior and exterior.
