This single family home located right on the waters edge had significant flood damage due to a pipe leak. This promoted the opportunity to completely re-imagine the structure, turning a once compartmentalized layout from the 70’s, into a home with graciously connecting spaces for this family to join. A garage was designed in place of an old greenhouse allowing us to shift the driveway to the west, and increasing view to the water on the east.
