Located in Back Bay, this brownstone not only underwent a full gut renovation, but we successfully added a full penthouse level and rear garage for 4 indoor parking spaces for our client. 3 modern duplexes are hosted within the constructs of the brick shell. Heavy attention was paid to the historic details with the creation of a new rear bay and copper clad penthouse.
