Through careful site planning and a collaborative process with the local ZBA and peer review architect, 582 Blue Hill aims to creates new multifamily housing on an oversized lot while preserving and integrating a historic mansion and it’s gardens into the project design.
The “campus plan” design allows for a seamless integration with the neighborhood while highlighting the mansion building as a central amenity hub that can be enjoyed by all residents.
