Harborwalk

Embarc recently completed this 155 unit residential building as a Phase 1 of the Harborwalk Development, for this waterfront site in North Plymouth.

Building amenities for the residents occur over two levels of outdoor spaces which includes a pool, fire pit and bbq facilities.

Phase 2 Construction will commence shortly, adding another 150 units and a well crafted “work from home” amenity package. Working closely with our clients, the design for this new building has been adapted in response to creating attractive rental options that embrace what will become a post-covid world of adaptation, addressing new ways in how one lives and works.
